Subscribe by Email
Our friend Anthony from Southern CA thought it would be nice if we added a link to subscribe to Winery Talk. Great idea Anthony! Just added a "Subscribe by Email" link as well as a link where you can subscribe in a web-based news reader. I'm not sure myself what the web-based new reader thing is all about. In fact, if any of you out there use one, drop us a comment about it.

Setting up your blog on a web based news reader was pretty easy.
1)Click the link on your site called "Subscribe in a reader" last one in the column.
2)Choose your reader. I use my.yahoo.com for mine. Most of the ones listed will require you to sign up for them. So for example if you have a Yahoo email address you use that email and password to log into your new homepage / portal. Then you customize the page to fit your use.
Basically a portal takes incoming news feeds from tons of sources. For example at the moment I have ABC news, Sports news, Gossip news, things like that. Currently your listed as my second source under breaking news.
3) Once you have subscribed to the Blog, return to your homepage / portal (remember the address and make it your homepage when the browser starts) and there you will see - Winery Talk - Tanis Vineyards.
Under the heading you will see all the post to the blog set to the amount you tell the portal. (Mine is set for 5 so 5 post show) and you will be auto updated everytime a post is made to the blog. so the post you make tomorrow will show the time it was done!
